we are

Welcome to Team LFS - that’s Loki and Fleur Summers, if you’re wondering. I’ve got a lengthy background in running any distance up to and including 100 milers, and a big passion in helping other people to achieve their goals.

Trained via the Lydiard Foundation, I’ve been a running coach for three years - helping people with goals ranging from running 5k for the very first time, right up to their first - or fastest - ultramarathons.
